Thea is a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher at the 200 hr level, with a decade of experience practicing and teaching yoga. 

Thea uses her training as a dancer and performer to approach the anatomy, to find creative solutions for stress management, and to address injuries in both an informed and intuitive way.

She is available for private sessions, and specializes in helping people who want to get in shape, tone and challenge themselves, and come up with an individualized practice to take with them. 

Thea also offers a weekly donation-based class on Mondays in Midtown Manhattan.
